What materials are your jewelry made from?

All of our jewelry is crafted from solid .925 sterling silver (unless stated otherwise). Select pieces are also available with 14k gold plating or 14k rose gold plating. Our birthstones are genuine Swarovski crystals. We use only high-quality materials that are built to last.

How do I personalize my jewelry?

When you add a product to your cart, you'll see fields to enter the names, initials, dates, or words you'd like engraved. Most pieces allow up to 9-14 characters per charm, depending on the design. Punctuation and capitalization will appear exactly as you type them.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each piece is made to order, please allow 1-5 business days for production. After that, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $20.

Where is your jewelry made?

All of our personalized jewelry is made in the great state of Texas, USA.

Can I return or exchange personalized jewelry?

Because each piece is custom-made for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong name, defect, etc.), please contact us and we will make it right.

What if I make a mistake when entering the personalization?

Please double-check your spelling before placing your order, as we engrave exactly what you enter. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order comes in a recycled gift box with an organza bag and hand-tied bow, ready to gift as-is. We also offer a premium gift box upgrade at checkout.

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time, which can cause a slight darkening. To keep your pieces shining, store them in a dry place (the pouch we include works perfectly), avoid wearing them in the shower or pool, and polish gently with a jewelry cleaning cloth. What birthstone options do you offer?

We offer the full range of Swarovski crystal birthstones (January through December) as well as Swarovski pearl options on select pieces.
